How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, though we can often accommodate same-day requests depending on inspector availability. If you're in a time-sensitive situation, give us a call — we'll do our best to help.

Can you inspect any type of vehicle? +

We inspect most passenger vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, and minivans. We don't currently inspect motorcycles, RVs, or commercial vehicles. If you're unsure whether we can inspect your vehicle, just ask!

What if the seller won't allow an inspection? +

That's a major red flag. Legitimate sellers with nothing to hide are happy to allow pre-purchase inspections. If a seller refuses, we strongly recommend walking away from the deal — there's likely something they don't want you to find.

How long does an inspection take? +

A full 150-point inspection typically takes 60-90 minutes, depending on the vehicle's condition and accessibility. We'll coordinate timing with both you and the seller to minimize inconvenience.

When will I receive my report? +

You'll receive your detailed inspection report within 2-4 hours after the inspection is complete. The report includes photos, our findings, and our professional assessment of the vehicle.
